John 7:38 "He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said,
'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'"
About this blog:
I'm mommy to three Sweet B's and married to my Best Friend ~ a creative photographer and studly handyman! Affectionately, I call him 'Stud!' Together we're DIYing our 1950s original ranch-style home in Fort Worth, Texas. Life is full of designing, decorating, crafting, power tools, photography, home schooling, crafting, cooking, baking, organizing and shopping for deals! I'm striving to keep things simple so we continue LOVING every moment!
Ups and Downs of Life:
Simplifying life has become a recurrent theme! We moved into a house that pretty much needed to be gutted and two months later, thousands of pharmaceutical reps being restructured out of a job, my hubby being one of the unlucky. My hubby landed on his feet a few weeks later with the pursuit of a new career, investment banking, aka six months of tests, each required to maintain employment, huge goals and the excitement of straight commission, and a few more tests. I'm a little bit type A in personality so I can't say going with the flow is simple for me, but I'm choosing to believe every big change holds the opportunity for big growth. Whether or not that growth is monetary, I want to let this growth opportunity spill all over me!
My Faith:
John 7:38 has been my life verse! As I come to Him in faith, my soul is filled by living water ~ with abundance of peace, joy and love ~ which ideally flows from me to others. Although I'm blessed with lots of great friendships, no one holds my heart like my family! I absolutely adore my husband of 12 years and my three sweet babies ~ Belle, Brady and Bennett! I often see my quality of time with the Lord mirrored in the voice of my family! What a huge responsibility and honor~ my cup must spill over because my cup is overflowing!!!
Curl up in a comfy chair and make yourself at home...I love having my friends over! I'll share a little more with you each day. I hope you'll visit often!
XO, Aimee

DeleteAimee, I am so glad you posted on my page and asked me to link up to your party. I had never seen your blog before and it is so beautiful, I love it already! I saw your pictures of the bluebonnets which instantly reminded me of Texas so I had to click your picture to see where you are from and you said Ft. Worth. Coincidentally I lived in Fort Worth (well really Keller) for three years when I was growing up. I love it there, and now I feel like we are already friends :). You have a beautiful family & again i'm glad you stopped by the blog and said hi!
