{Sparks} My 2012 Inspiration Word

I am SUPER excited to welcome 2012!

I am looking forward to this year with great expectation!  I feel as if my heart is bursting with thankfulness for life’s many blessings!  I am claiming 2012 as a year filled with ‘Sparks!’   Sparks of sharing love and basking in the love showered on me!  It’s hard to let lose of insecurities and embrace encouragement.  This year, I want to hold nothing back!  I want to pour out everything I’ve been given and use it to spread sparks of excitement wherever God may lead!!

This year as I continue my study of American States with my three sweet B’s I want to ignite a spark within that will grow for the rest of their life!  I want to pass onto them a love for our great nation!  I also want to continue to cultivate within them a lifelong passion for learning!

In 2012, I want to take time to enjoy my greatest blessings, my three sweet B’s!  I want to enjoy the fullness of life through their eyes and allow their sparks of enthusiasm to shape me!  I don’t want to take a single bit of it for granted: their laughter, their creativity, their  cuddles, and even their neediness at times!!!  I want to be shaped by their unconditional sparks of love!

I want to be purposeful about keeping the sparks between stud and I exciting!  I want to be intentional about letting him know that he is the love of my life!  I want to take time to thank him for being the greatest gift God’s ever given me: a man that loves me to no end and supports my every whim!  Growing up, I was the most responsible person I’ve ever known and when I married stud, I remember feeling a load lifted from my shoulders.  Stud makes it his mission in life to make sure I feel loved and am enjoying life!  He has a heart of gold and is the best blend of Servant Leader anyone could ever imagine!  I don’t want to take his love for granted for one second!  I want to take time to enjoy candle lit dinners and romantic dances with him!  I want to keep those sparks burning forever!

I want to look back on 2012 and get teary eyed as I reflect on all the celebrating we have done with family and friends!  I want to scream and shout and celebrate every small and big success and event!  I want our home to be filled with sparks of excitement and sparks of celebration!

And lastly, as I consider 2012, I want to dream big! I want to see the stars that sparkle in the sky and be reminded of God’s greatness and through that reminder, be empowered to accomplish the impossible! I want to be filled with contagious sparks that change my little scope of the world for the better!

Thanks Allyson!!! This was the first time I’ve chosen a “word” to carry as my own throughout the year! Kind of a fun idea of Layla’s from The Lettered Cottage!
