Gather your ingredients...most of this you'll find already in your pantry! Water Chestnuts are Optional --- according to my Sweet B's --- don't use them! All three Sweet B's love stir fry and always ask for seconds...LOVE it!
Marinate chicken in soy sauce an hour ahead of preparing stir fry. Prepare the sauce first, by combining all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside. Heat two tablespoons oil in a wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, or until browned. Remove chicken from wok. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining 2 1/2 tablespoons oil to the pan. Add vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned. Remove chicken from the pan. Add the sauce to the vegetables and cook until thickened.
Stir in chicken and pasta and heat until warm.
