Creamy Chicken Florentine Recipe
The day PHILADELPHIA's cooking creme showed up at my grocery store I squealed with excitement! I knew it was going to be good. It's totally even better than I expected! My whole family loves it and at the end of the day I love being able to serve a warm meal to my family, but not be worn out during the process! Cooking creme is this mommy's best friend! I love being at all the ball games and recitals for my Sweet B's during the day and still have time to have dinner on the table in the evening!
I always look forward to our evening meal when my family is together and we take time to share the highs and lows of each others day over a warm meal! I'm totally excited to share one of my family's favorite recipes with you...Creamy Chicken Florentine! It's amazingly delicious and SUPER SIMPLE, too! And the best part of all, my Sweet B's love it, too!! And seriously, what's better than a meal shared around our table with lots of chatter and giggles!?!?
There are lots of PHILADELPHIA cooking creme options, today I made Savory Garlic cooking creme. To prepare this dish, I grabbed a non-stick frying pan and cooked a pound of bite-sized chicken with diced red pepper for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat or until the chicken was cooked thoroughly.

Then I added one container of cooking creme to the chicken and red peppers. I left it on the burner for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. To finish it off, I added fresh baby spinach and pasta {my Sweet B's favorite is Farfalle, bow-tie pasta}! I stirred my one pot meal for a bit more and seriously...that was it! Doesn't it look gourmet!!??!
I topped the dish with pine nuts and a little sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. And I served it right out of the pan...this one little tub of savory creme sauce is the perfect amount for our entire family! I served it in bowls with a baguette and butter on the side. PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme makes dinner so simple, I even found time to throw some brownies into the oven while we ate! I'm pretty sure my Sweet B's are going to award me chef of the year for this dish...seriously never thought they'd LOVE a dish with spinach and red peppers! I keep several cooking creme's in my fridge because I love the variety and knowing that I can have a great meal on the table for my family in minutes!!!
