Yellow Party Inspiration

I have a little yellow celebration coming up and I’m SUPER excited!!! Here’s a little hint….
I think, decorating with yellow is always a classy choice! Yellow is a warm hue that can fill a space with excitement and fun! Depending on my mood, I love to compliment yellow with the calm and soothing color of gray or a bright and playful turquoise color!!! I’m loving all this inspiration, it’s totally getting my creative juices flowing!!! What’s the next party you’re hosting!?!? Have you thrown a party with lots of yellow touches!!? I love yellow! I can’t wait to see how your party turns out! I plan on having my daughter’s second birthday as a “pink lemonade” party, but I will have to throw in a few yellow accents I’m sure! maybe even a little turquoise… who knows!

I’m planning to throw a big bash once our adoption is complete. I was thinking I was going to do lots of robins egg blue/Tiffany & Co blue, but yellow seems so versatile. Love it. Maybe I could do both!
I absolutely love yellow….it is the first color the eye perceives!

Oooh, I love yellow, especially with the gray and teal accents. I used yellow as a pop of color in my bedroom against a charcoal wall and I love it. I have a 3 year old boy birthday approaching, but his favorite color is orange, so I’m thinking construction theme.
My five year old son has been yellow crazy since he was 2. Always on the look out for great yellow ideas! Thanks

I think we have so much in common! I have read a few of your posts lately and it seems as though you and i are on the same page! I just changed my bedroom to grey/yellow and natural. (based on west elm!) I have also been REALLY into my photography (just took a class in philly!) So fun love your blog.
