ABC Easter Eggs

Hi! I’m Natalie from My Sister’s Suitcase, sharing a quick and easy Easter Egg idea today. I knew right away I wanted to do something that didn’t involve egg dye…less messy! I saw this ABC egg idea on Pinterest, and added my own little spin to it: magnetic letters. Your little ones will have fun matching up the letters to the right egg and hiding them inside.  The best part – It all cost less than 5 dollars and took about 10 minutes to put together!  Decorating Easter Eggs :: ABC Easter Eggs.
You’ll need:
– plastic eggs {the standard size} in any colors
– letter stickers {mine are from Wal-Mart – $1}
– magnetic letters {Wal-Mart – $1.50}
– a Gallon size Ziploc bag
It’s pretty simple to put this together! I just picked a letter out of the pile, put it inside a plastic egg, and stuck the matching letter sticker on the top half of the egg. You could also do upper/lower case matching.  Get your kids in on the fun! My 3 year old had a blast helping me make these. When you’re done, store all the eggs in a gallon Ziploc and you’re set! A fun {& educational} little activity to pull out when you’re out of ideas. {Which for me, seems to be all the time!}
