Want to join me in my favorite movie star home tour?!?! My favorite movie star is Reese Witherspoon! Want to take the Reese Witherspoon Home Tour?! She’s super cute, successful and yet, seems so “normal” and down-to-earth! Growing up with three sister, Legally Blonde’s Ms. Woods quickly became a favorite! Her and her darling Chihuahua, Bruiser rocked our world! As Elle, she showed poise and charm dressed in lots of pink and was all about high style all while pursuing a Harvard law degree…whatever…who wouldn’t be mesmerized!?!? The movie was huge box-office smash and established Reese as one of the top female draws in Hollywood. Followed by other great movies, Sweet Home Alabama, Four Christmases, Just Like Heaven…
Reese Witherspoon has a natural beauty, who has never given in to Hollywood’s pressure to be obsessively skinny. I love the balance she displays of being perfectly fit without being entrapped by society’s huge plague on women to follow crazy dieting or fitness regiments. As a mom, I respect her commitment to her children. You never hear about her leaving her kids for days on end with hired help or of her passing them off to her designers. She seems to embrace her role as a mother and is often spotted by paparazzi accompanied by her little ones, doing something totally normal: playing in the park, trick-or-treating or grocery shopping.
I love that Reese Witherspoon’s fashion is consistently simple and classy. Reese Witherspoon always compliments her basic clothing with great handbags and darling shoes! She’s definitely great at picking the right accessories! Reese’s home is no different! Her classy, simple style is carried throughout the design and decor of her 1920s home. According to the original listing, “The perfect 6+ acre hideaway is nestled in fabulous Ojai Valley, a short drive to one of LA’s most sought after vacation spots. Fabulous new master suite. Incredible privacy.” (PS Simple!?! It’s a 9 bedroom / 7 bathroom home).

She is apparently one of the smartest business women in Hollywood, and quite accomplished for someone so young.

Wow! She has an absolutely gorgeous home. I love how simple her kitchen is– full of light and warmth, yet simple and functional. Looks like a perfect place to hang with the kiddos and bake a colorful cake!
My daughter looks exactly like Resse Witherspoon. So much so that while on a shopping trip to Robertson St. in Beverly Hills the paparazzi were all over her taking pictures. The irony behind it all is my daughters name is Danielle and we have called her Elle since she was little. She is now 26 years old. People always stop and tell her she looks just like Reese. The other day we were at the grocery store and an older man kept staring at her. She felt a little uncomfortable. He came up to us and said he was sorry but thought that she was Reese. I am bias and think that my sweet girl is prettier. However, I have to agree with everyone. She looks JUST like her.

A few years ago, my son was teaching at a summer program in LA where lots of stars enrolled their kids. He isn’t star struck and was used to celebrities coming in, but he said the first time Reese Witherspoon came in to pick up her daughter Ava, he just stood there spluttering and couldn’t get any words out because she was just so darn cute!
What a great house! So resort and country like at the same time. I love Reese Witherspoon as well. Such a great actress and so down to earth. Very hard to find in Hollywood, I’m sure.
