My Sweet B’s like to make Simple Cheesecake Tarts. This is a recipe
that they can do completely on their own and the results are totally delicious!
Only five ingredients are needed to make Simple Cheesecake Tarts recipe!
Waffle Bowls, Cream Cheese, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice, & Vanilla
And a FAVORITE Topping!
Big B adding 1/3 cup of lemon juice to the
cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk.
Enjoy this tasty dessert on the Fourth of July…
…or any time of year!
Simple Cheesecake Tarts
1 package {8oz.} cream cheese, softened
3/4 can {10oz.} sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 waffle bowls
Favorite Topping: cherry pie filling, strawberries, blueberries, chocolate shavings, etc.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon about 1/3 cup cheesecake mixture into each waffle bowl. Top with 2 tablespoons of your favorite topping. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Enjoy!
