Simple Tips: DIY Balloon Garland

I love simple tips!  I love this idea from a Girl and a Boy and wanted to share it with you…Balloon Garlands can be made in an assortment of colors, for any occasion:  Baby Showers, Birthdays, Graduation, Back to School, Valentine’s Day, Halloween Parties…it is so simple!  Just use a needle to poke a hole on the tied end of each balloon, then pull a string through each balloon until you have your desired length!
