I was doing a little shopping the other day and pulled out my camera because I was seeing way too many cute things not too share. It’s been a while since we’ve been on a little shopping trip together so let’s have some fun today: Virtual Window Shopping World Market! I have lots of favorite stores, World Market is definitely one of them. As much as I appreciate the clean lines of an ultra-modern home, I have a huge appreciation for different styles and cultures…especially those that combine tons of texture and natural fibers into its decor – World Market at it’s essence, right!
I love strolling through the kitchen decor at World Market. I own lots of their textiles! This time, the vintage measuring spoons totally caught my eye. Measuring spoons is something I can never have enough of…and they make a great gift in itself or special touch with a gift card (have you seen my other idea for making gift cards special?)! I don’t know if I can wait until Christmas to receive these…hmm?!? How did I not notice these around my birthday…or Mother’s Day!? If you see these in one of my recipe posts sometime soon you’ll know I couldn’t wait!
Check it out!?! Have you seen these mason jars at World Market yet!? It’s no secret that I love mason jars, especially the tinted vintage variety. Can you even believe that for $2.99 you can have this thing of beauty!?! Decor taken to a whole new level…Simple as that!
I have the perfect place for one of these…now I need to finish the collage so I can decide which to go with! I love inspiration and motivation!
Were you like me, totally head over heels over the Anthropologie Vases!? So much so that you made your own knockoff!!? These Bloom Bud Vases in pure white completely rock my world. A complete thing of beauty. I can see making use of these all year long.
And of course who doesn’t have an appreciation for reclaimed wood!?!? I think I may top the list of biggest fan. This ‘Antiques’ sign may need to be hung right above my desk. Love it!
Organization!? Oh yeah, school is starting back, isn’t it! Yep, these are perfect. I may have to do some of my own stenciling…my sweet B’s names!?!? Hmm!?
Can you believe this thing of beauty?! I’m telling you simple just has a way at screaming take me home. It’s like baby B told me today when I asked him why he was carrying so many toys with him when we were heading out the door. “When you have more stuff you have more stuff to do things with!” Profound, right. I’m thinking this is the kind of ‘stuff ‘ I want lots of…!
I eyed this last time I was shopping at World Market and this time I got even more excited about it. My kids would flip to see this cute birdhouse hanging from our backyard tree with Christmas lights…it’s August, I can start thinking that way even if it is 107 today!
Have I reached my quota on the word simple yet?! Seriously though, the lines on this simple British-inspired Campaign bookshelf are totally working! A piece of furniture is a total score in my book when it looks completely decorated even before it’s decorated! I love it when I don’t have to try hard…it just works on its own!
Oops, we were just window shopping, weren’t we!?! I sure did slip this bolster pillow into my cart and I think it’s far time that I show you some more of my recent pillow purchases, don’t you!? After all, I told you the other day that I picked some up at a store that Kelly Clarkson’s designer was seen buying pillows for Kelly’s house just the day before. This cozy pillow is on the rage at our house, I think it may be flat as a pancake before long…that’s the reason for this pic below, I want to prove it really did look good at one point!
Wow that was fun…I had fun on our Virtual Window Shopping World Market! Let’s do that again real soon! I’m off to buy some markers…if you didn’t see my facebook page today, Baby B was working real hard on making some counterfeit money so he could buy some more spy gear when his green marker started to fade out….he almost had an extra $100 in his wallet!
I was not paid for this post, this was just because I love the store. Most of the pics were mine, but a couple were from World Market.
