How to Make a Party Favor Bag for Any Occasion

Here’s a little craft to store away for your next party…How to Make a Party Favor Bag for ANY Occasion! Big B wanted to make something special for his class and this is what we came up with…a frosted cookie in a Homemade Party Favor Bag! It was so easy and I love that I was able to take a simple cookie and make it into a personalized gift!
The numbers correspond with the picture below…
1. 150 Paper Pack of 25 Designs (6 each). The paper measures 2″ x 12.”
2. Embroidery Floss or Twine works perfectly to tie the gift together and adds a cute touch of color!
3. Favorite Cookie (store bought or baked at home). I will be sharing my favorite sugar cookie recipe at Barns & Noodles soon.
Grab a 2″ x 12″ sheet of my paper and fold it in half – lengthwise. Then cut the strip into 3 sections (each 4″ long). Next, insert a cookie into a party favor plastic bag (found in the baking section of craft stores). Fold the plastic sack down twice, then placed the cropped folded paper topper over the cookie-filled bag. Use a small hole punch and make two holes (through the baggie and the paper). Finish the party favor bag by pulling piece of twine through both holes and tie a bow! That’s it!
This is definitely a craft that anyone can create and a perfect way to fit your party favors to your party theme! For more gift ideas check out these.

Really great idea!! I got a cookie today from someone who just put them in a baggie. As much as I appreciate the gift, your idea definitely makes them cuter. Thanks for sharing.
