Ordering Christmas Cards

Christmas Pictures – check! Ordering Christmas Cards – almost! Taking family pictures is my favorite, most stressful Christmas event every year! Favorite, because my little babies are growing up way too fast and I totally want to be flooded by precious memories from this stage of life. Stressful because despite how incredibly precious and sweet my babies are…they each have a mind of their own (which I’m grateful for most of the time)!
We love meeting our friends at fun new locations for our family portraits. This year we took our pictures at the oldest railroad trestle in Tarrant County. This spot was a gem! The boys had some amazing rock throwing competitions and the girls kept us laughing as they took turns being models for the camera. There was LOTS of laughter…and a few tears (no, not from me this year) — I’m not mentioning names, but the last picture may give it away! Wink! When it was all said and done…I was all smiles! This is by far my favorite Christmas gift each year!
Our outfits were pretty much from Gap and Gap Kids. And Little B and I’s accessories were from Forever 21 (including her cute bows…one for the necklace, one for her hair). Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

I like them all, but I like option 3 best as the recipients get more pictures.
I vote Option #3!
I like the Heartfelt Blessings Cards
I love Shutterfly and have used them for Christmas cards the past 3 years! Great giveaway!
These are such beautiful pictures. I love all the outfits too.

I love the 3rd one! so cute
All great pictures but I also vote for option #3

You leave us a difficult decision! I think I like #1 the best. They’re all fantastic pics!
What a cute family!!! I love the setting for these photos. I’m a big train and train tracks and train bridges and train trestle fan.
Looks like everyone had a great time. And btw, I like option #2 far better than the others. The monogram on the first one covers up too much, and the third one has so much on it that it detracts from the simple beauty of the setting and your lovely family. IMHO, of course.
Was going to ask; where are them train tracks located at? Sure is pretty back drop. My daughter (lives in Arlington)enjoyes taking pictures of different areas and know she would be interested in this location for taking pictures of her kiddos.
Thanks
ColleenB.
Hi Colleen. The closest cross streets are North St. and Vanworth St. Fun that your daughter isn’t too far away! She’ll have fun with this location! XO, Aimee
I love #1.
Aimee,
Your pics are so good! I love option #2! Shutterfly is my go-to Christmas card supplier! Love them! The highlight of my year is our Christmas cards! I love looking back and seeing the cards when the kids were 1, 3, 5 and 8 and now this year, they are 12, 15, 17, and 20!
Thanks and have a great week!
Leslie
I love shutterfly!!!
Love Shutterfly and I love option 3.
I always order from shutterfly. I love how quick they are and the quality. I think all of your options are fantastic but I would have to say that I like option 2 the best. Good luck deciding!
I like the single family photo idea…easier for these tired old eyes to see!
LOVE the pics!!! railroad was such a great idea!! i have gotten my christmas cards from shutterfly the last couple years and love them!! would love to win them this year
Option 2 is lovely but I’m drawn to Option 3 because it gives more of a glimpse of each of the kids personalities. My only suggestion would be to swap out the busy backgrounds in Option 3 and change them to black so you focus on the photos and sentiments. Love the memories made during family photo shoots not to mention the great photo results.
I LOVE all of them, but I LOVE LOVE option 3 – - I like that you get all the pictures in one card.
I love them all but I like Option 2 the best!
i like Flourished Elegance Christmas Card
I like option 3 the best!
Tough to choose, but 3 catches my eye and is the most fun (and it seems like your family is pretty energetic)!
I like #2 for its simplicity.

i am voting for option 3 because it looks bright and merry!

Option 3 is the most fun I think
Plus…it’s nice to see more than one photo!
I love the third option
I like them all, but I love the fun and color of number 3 – the other two are very classy, but don’t reflect your joyful spirit quite as well!
Thanks for the giveaway! I like number 1. Simple but beautiful!
What a beautiful family you have–your kiddos are adorable. What great photos!
I love option 3! It includes everyone’s personality!
They all look great, but I vote number 2. The words don’t cover the photo, and the photo is close enough to see details of each person.
#3 definitely. Your children are so adorable.
I like #1.
Thanks
Option #2. All are great though.
I love the Home to Heart card! Thanks for the giveaway!

As a Mom who would plan vacations around train museums, would walk with my little guy ( now 35 and an Amtrak employee) to watch the trains go by and have a N scale in the basement for our grandson I appreciate your choice of site for these portraits. However, it looks like this is an active track, and SORRY,I have to say CAUTION for anyone replicating this. Not only for the potential danger, but also because you are trespassing on Railroad property and could be charged. Sorry to be a killjoy, just passing on a reality check.
I really like #3 because it shows the different personalities of the B’s. I love love love the one of little B posing and laughing! Such a model! But was there another pic of you & stud? You are kind of off centered in that one in the corner. Totally knit-picky, though! Do you need my opinion on anything else? I am obviously offering it up!!
Haha!
And P.S. I would use that prize in a heartbeat! I give photo books away to the grand mommies every year!
option 1 is my favorite
I like Option #3 the best – I love seeing the kids’ personalities shine in their individual pics.

I think that they all look great, but it is a toss up between 2 & 3.
I like number two but they are all great!!

Shirley
Option 2
#2 is my favorite!
I like the third one best. But I don’t think you can choose wrong!
I like option #3
No, votes from me. But please, please, please do not ever hang around the track ever again. It’s extremely careless thing to do. My husband works for the Norfolk southern and I know more stories of people being killed on the tracks than I care to admit.
For the love of God, stay off next time and no more pictures. Actually, you can get into a lot of trouble the the federal for doing such thing like this. Look it up!
Have a great day.

I love Shutterfly. I’ve been using them for multiple photo products over the years. I really like #3 best. Happy holidays!
You know, even though your picture subjects are beautiful, you are putting a whole family in danger by trespassing on private railroad property. A train could have come along a any time. It takes a train traveling at 55 mph over a mile and a half to stop. Please visit this website, http://www.oli.org Operation Lifesaver and reconsider the next time you think about trespassing on private property.
Your pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! I love the fun train track background and the colors in your outfits are perfect for a fun fall shoot! My favorite card option was #2.
