Ryobi Combo Set + $100 Home Depot Gift Card Giveaway
January 13, 2013 by Aimee • 116 Comments
I feel like I’ve had a slow start in 2013, but I have so many ideas stirring in my head, so many projects we’ve already begun that I’m totally excited to share, and a few super fun announcements in the works…I think 2013 is going to be great! I want 2013 to get kicked off right for you, too!!! How would you like to win a $100 Home Depot gift card AND an awesome RYOBI ONE+ combo drill kit? (I have the same combo set and love it!).
As you already know, I’m a HUGE fan of the RYOBI ONE+ system – a super cool tool system that features batteries that are compatible with more than fifty tools and hold a charge up to four times longer than traditional Ni-Cad batteries. Genius!
How does it work?
RYOBI Lithium Ion batteries produce a consistent charge throughout the life of the battery, can be charged many more times than other batteries, and are not damaged by leaving the charger on too long…who has time to stand around and watch a flickering light on a battery charger!?! Not only is the charging system awesome, it’s 45% lighter and more Eco-friendly than traditional power tool batteries…perfect for ME!
Looking for a place to share project photos (a little brag spot)…RYOBI NATION! You can vote on your favorite project, get great ideas, and (more importantly) win prizes. It’s real easy to register and totally fun!
Here are a couple of the ideas I’m loving…

I hate to appear stupid, but I can’t figure out how to leave a comment over at Ryobi Nation. I signed up thinking it would then be clear, but I’m still lost…. since it is mandatory to leave a comment there, can you please explain how we to do that?
Thanks!
I love so many of the projects but I think the yardstick table would look great in my house!
Thanks!

I voted for #6 kitchen remodel, as that is what we are working on right now. Nothing as extension but hope to see lots of improvement
I voted for the moveable raised bed garden; I’ve wanted a raised bed garden for awhile now and I love that this one can be moved. That would be great for grass cutting and also for moving the whole garden if the location isn’t ideal at first. I am going to get my husband to help me make one for our yard.

I found a few projects for backyard patio’s and decks, not to mention a beautiful courtyard. We just purchased a home with a big backyard that is completely empty…not one plant, bush or flower. We are trying to figure out a layout and a plan, so this was fun to see so many projects! I signed up and voted!

I registered, and voted and found lots of inspiration. We just bought a house so I have plenty of projects to tackle this year. That site had some nice ideas and it always makes me feel a little better to see that I can do things myself. We are going to redo the bathroom so I’m sure The Ryobi One combo kit would be a big help.

I love the Ryobination nation site. This is my first week as a stay-at-home mom and am so excited to be home. My husband is overseas so I can’t create a honey-do list. Their site truly added to the inspiration for my craft room, linen cabinet (which is currently taking up shoe space in my closet) and a really awesome pirate boat for my wee ones. What kid doesn’t want a pirate boat?! Thanks for the link.
I have been a follower of yours on Pinterest for a few weeks now. Love your projects and you are inspirational.
Visiting Ryoibi was so much inspirational than I thought it would be. Talk about project overload!! Voting for just a couple was SO hard! I saw so many projects that are on my build board on Pinterest & it reignited the fire under me to start digging in. First on my list is the farmhouse dining set I’ve been dying to build along with a pergola & outdoor coolers. What better way to break in new tools!

I’ve been wondering what I’m going to do with a spare room that I want to use as an office/sewing room. The bookshelf project that goes an entire wall, except there is a desk built in under the window might just work perfectly. I have soooo many books. Thanks.
