Shine ON — Share Your Creativity

Welcome to Share Your Creativity Party • No. 118.  Anna and my dad are back in Kentucky taking care of things you have to do when a loved one passes (her kids are here with us – Aunt Mimi & Uncle Lon-mower).  Brutal for Anna to do this and heartbreaking that this is my dad’s second time to work through the same checklist within just three months — I miss my mom so much.  In the midst of this season of sadness I’ve had several conversations with The Lord asking Him — Why?  At the end of each round of tears, I’m confident God’s telling me to Shine ON.  Anna’s sweet babies are chilling at my house this week while she’s away and at times its more busy than I can muster up the strength for, but knowing God knew that this wasn’t too much for me if I depend on Him and seeing this as an opportunity to love and serve my family to a level I’ve never been called to before is a huge blessing.   Here is a link of some recent pics of my visit to Kentucky to be with her and a few more of us now back at my house…
