Transitional Estate Tour

It’s time for another Dreamy Dwelling Home Tour.  The open layout of this beautiful, transitional home is ideal for family functionality as well as entertaining.  Let’s not wait another second to walk through this Transitional Estate Tour.

Situated on just under an acre of lush grounds, this estate has extraordinary detail and beautiful craftsmanship!

Considering  I usually navigate towards homes that are simple in design, I’m surprised by how much I love this intricate iron banister.

What are your thoughts on these white walls!?  Do the dark beams, dark window sills, and dark floor contrast the white to make it work?!  I’m still loving my gray owl walls, but I know many are going with shades of white.

This family room is gorgeous.  I totally love the curtains and furniture.

If I were to build a custom home, I would definitely plan the space around a large table between the living room and kitchen!

It’s so hard to find lighting that isn’t locked into a specific decade.  These fixtures seem timeless.

Oh my goodness, I think I’ve been staring at this picture for ten minutes.  So much to soak in!  That range hood is picture perfect.

And the hutch centered between two lower and upper cabinets is so pretty.

Corbels on this wall of tile is fantastic!

Large theater with a beautiful coffered ceiling.

A great office with dark trim work – love that desk and rug.

Master suite with more beautiful furniture throughout.

I love the closeup of the linen bedding.  Gorgeous!

I totally love the uniqueness of this bathroom.  Definitely more intricate that my usual preference, but it totally works.

Another bedroom with great trim work and tall ceilings.

Backyard paradise offers a pool, a raised spa, three outdoor patios, a summer kitchen, and a fireplace.

Designed for entertaining indoors and out!

Oh my goodness – I LOVE this house! I don’t usually like iron either, but it really looks wonderful here. And I love the stairs. The entire house is awesome – curiously the only thing I don’t care for is the door to the master bath. Other than that, phenomenal!
