Simple Christmas Craft AND Giveaway

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of The Gorilla Glue Company. All opinions are 100% mine.  How is your December going!?! Are you looking for excuses to slow down and enjoy your greatest blessings this season? I am spending lots of time sitting by my Christmas tree, decorated by my little girl! It looks absolutely beautiful! The tree is layered with white, silver, and gold ornaments. It is wrapped in a burlap ribbon with the words Merry Christmas repeating over and over. I have begun to place gift packages wrapped in craft paper and twine underneath the Christmas Tree. Everything looks more magical with the glow of Christmas lights and candles. Savor the sweetness of togetherness this Christmas Season by making this Simple Christmas Craft with your sweet kids.

Here are the supplies you’ll need to embrace togetherness and make this Simple Christmas Craft. A few plastic, old-fashioned, bulb-shaped Christmas ornaments, a package of miniature bottle brush trees, a bottle of coarse white glitter, red and white bakers twine, and snowflake washi tape.

Create a DIY Snow Globe Ornaments by using a glue gun to cover the bottom of each tree base with glue. Gorilla Hot Glue Sticks are found only at Walmart and I love that they work in any hot glue gun. I have learned to trust any glue with the Gorilla name on it! While the glue is still hot, hold the tip of the tree with tweezers and lower it into the ornament being careful not to allow the glue to smear the sides. Hold the tree in place for a few seconds to allow for dry time. You’ll be amazed by how perfectly they set!

With the trees affixed to the bottom of each ornament, use a little funnel to fill each ornament with the coarse white glitter. Add enough glitter to fill each ornament, just past the base of the tree.

At the top of each ornament tie little bows with the red and white bakers twine and then take a step back to enjoy them. DIY Snow Globe ornaments are super cute and easy to make!

Simple Christmas Craft

This little craft is so versatile and fun! Add a Snow Globe Ornament to each place setting on your Christmas table or place it on your decorated Christmas tree. If hosting a party, this is perfect to use as a party favor or party craft. Make these to enjoy in your home or make these to give. From our family to yours, wishing you a Christmas full of reflection on your many sweet blessings!  Let’s add another sweet little blessing, enter to win a $250 Gift Card Giveaway below!
