SIMPLE DIY Cupcake Picks {Semi-Homemade}

For every special occasion and sometimes just because, I love making cupcakes!  They’re the perfect serving already sliced and ready to go!  Whenever I find thick cardstock stickers for a great deal, I pick up a package or two because they make such great DIY Cupcake Picks!  All you need is cute thick stickers, a piece of similar colored cardstock, a piece of double sided tape, and some toothpicks!

I cut a piece of similar colored cardstock into the same shape as the sticker and use a piece of double sided tape to adhere it to a flat toothpick.

Then I place the sticker on top of the the other side of the toothpick, matching the sides so that there isn’t an overhang.

Seriously, it’s that easy!  Cute, right!  In the past, I’ve printed cute graphics on cardstock with my printer, that works great, too…but when I find stickers that are layered with cute pops of color…I get all giddy about making another batch of cupcakes!  I’ll have to share my favorite cupcake recipe with you real soon!  They’re the best…and I tried a gazillion different ones to land this one!
